Departure service
Your United Signature Service concierge will:
- Meet you curbside or at a designated point of arrival
- Monitor your flight
- Assist with priority check-in
- Expedite security screening through the Premier Access® lane (where available).
- Arrange United Club access (United Club access is not available outside of USA)
- Guide you to your departure gate
- Coordinate special requests
- Help you rebook or reschedule travel if your flight is delayed or canceled
- Provide language assistance (if requested at the time of booking)
Connection service
Your United Signature Service concierge will:
- Monitor your flight
- Meet you at the jet bridge (or at another designated point)
- Assist with terminal transfers
- Arrange United Club access (United Club access is not available outside of USA)
- Guide you to your departure gate

Arrival service
Your United Signature Service concierge will:

- Guide you to your preferred mode of transportation

Executive car transfer
We can arrange inter-terminal transfers plus private transportation to and from the city center. With a wide range of executive cars to choose from, we can ensure that your journey continues from the airport without interruption.
Access to United Club℠ locations
Passengers may access the United Club in US locations with United Signature Service, regardless of the ticketed class of service. you can relax while you wait for your flight. This is a great way to escape the noise and activity of the airport. United Club access is currently included in the base price for domestic greets in US airports*.

Staying at a hotel near the airport the night before your flight can help reduce travel time to the airport and help ease any additional travel anxiety. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we can arrange accommodations for you.
Personal shopper services
All of our concierges know their respective airports inside and out. Whether you need assistance in finding a particular type of shop or want something purchased for you while you unwind, our exclusive personal shopper service will take care of it.
Gift services
We can arrange for a number of items, including but not limited to flowers and chocolates, to be purchased and ready for you when you meet your United Signature Service concierge.
Airport courier service
If you would like to ship a package or an item that cannot be carried on board, we can arrange an airport courier service for you to ensure that your items arrive at their destination safely and on time.
